#JusticeForReinforce
As a Canadian I am compelled to root for her Majesty's representatives, well at least until they get crushed by the Suped up Maple Syrup Squad, oh and #JusticeForReinforce
As for results, I think UK win 3-2 but it's hard to tell who will actually come out on top here. I'm hoping for a highly competitive match in either case.
penda [#18]Is the #JusticeforReinforce stuff a joke? Sweden had a better option that would allow them to do better at the biggest LAN of the year, I don’t see why they wouldn’t do it.
Its the way they approached it and the sudden notice without even discussing it with him that was the problem. Changing a roster is fine if the team agrees to it, not excluding one member and then telling him the bad news.

Interestingly enough, Reinforce probably would have been a decent fit if you swap Snillo in for Cwoosh. Right now they get to replicate the setup they have in Misfits but that also include their inability to effectively run Rein comps.
With that it's harder to tell if the team is better or worst than before since Reinforce's Winston wasn't great, but it was getting better imo.
I actually agree with the move in a vacuum, because in the end it does seem to make the team stronger, but to me this is also a case of kicking a guy when he's down, after he had been taken off the Misfits roster. I can also understand doing this since things could have been awkward had he remained on team Sweden but I think the general sentiment is that it was a shit thing to do to a good guy.

didn't they remove him more than one month before the world cup top 8? That doesn't exactly seem like sudden notice. also the way you say that makes it seem like the team didn't want to remove Reinforce, but if they felt that way, why did they remove him?

No biscuit with his tea, and a firm slap on the wrist should suffice
(I should clarify that a British biscuit is an American cookie)

I'm pretty sure an American biscuit is our scone it's all very weird
murasaki [#37]I'm pretty sure an American biscuit is our scone it's all very weird
yeah i think ive heard something similar to that when we were discussing british foods with some merican friends
Rafau666 [#41]just me or it looks worse than before LUL
to me it looks like some problems with contrast
The issue is we got an overload of white on top of the home team having a light color palette and the UI using white for both HP and names. Very difficult to follow even for a hardcore fan like me.
That being said, The swedes are crushing it, mostly on the back of Chips being such a good Mercy vs a team that isn't used to running one. Feels like the 2017 OWWC should be renamed to the 2017 OW Mercy Cup or something.
Samba [#49]Just got home, so have they said anything about being able to buy these team skins?
These are tournament only.
Toks [#53]This looks so bad. This is the worst first impression you can give to the casual viewers tbh. Stale colors and stale mercy meta.
Both teams have their players names in white text. I am struggling to understand what's going and I'm having to rely on the killfeed more than ever.
The instant replay is nice to be fair
