It is a little fucked to drop a coach and a player mid-stage after the team had starting to see improving results, and in Rascal's case the signing window is closed so he's out of the league til season 2. While I understand the decision to drop Kyky and, yes, Rascal too, I think this is another case of Dallas management's and hastro's sledgehammer approach to fixing problems. I also think that Kyky got a bad rep due as a coach because of his dumb twitter tirades and internal problems that were sometimes out of his control. It's pretty clear the management wasnt giving him or the team the needed resources to work with, as well as intruding in his work. That said I dont think the head coach role was fitting for him and theres definitely an argument to be made of his bad coaching decisions and general attitude. Add: However his impact in causing the problems within Dallas were largely overblown and I believe he can still do good coaching work in the future, provided his image isnt permadamaged now.

According to some the team has had problems with synergy, and I believe it was flame who said some members already hate each other. You're right, its hard to say this early but I still dont have high expectations for this squad.
