The Overwatch League today announced that OGE, fresh main tank acquisition for the Dallas Fuel, will be suspended for four matches for account-boosting. His suspension is in effect as of March 22nd.
The boosting, defined as "an individual being paid to increase another user's skill rating", is alleged to have occurred during the summer of 2017, while OGE was a member of Foxes and CONBOX.
The suspension is the latest in a series of disciplinary actions for the Fuel, including a stage suspension in mid-January for xQc as well as fines and suspensions earlier this month for both xQc and Taimou, after which xQc and the Fuel parted ways.
This is the second account-boosting punishment issued to an Overwatch League player this season. The other, levied on sado of the Philadelphia Fusion, was a 30 match suspension to begin the season.
The Dallas Fuel has not released a statement regarding the punishment.
