Even though they lost yesterday, the Fuel looked really good against another clearly top-tier team. The Valiant also looked good, but it was against what will probably be a bottom half team, so it's harder to judge just how good their potential is. They do have promise, but I'm going to go DAL 3-1 VAL.

I have Fuel winning 3-2. Valiant are looking so good, and Fuel is looking out of form.

However I still think Fuel is the better team

And more than once, thous this isn't Rogue and EnvyUs anymore, while the Fuel are a straight upgrade of EnvyUs, the Valiant aren't an upgrade of Rogue, they are somehting different, better? Hard to say, but I see this as a close match.

This could be close, but Dallas has the potential for insanely hard carry performances from Effect (and Taimou on a good day). I think they'll edge it 3-1, but could go either way

The return of SoOn will make this match interesting. Also I hope they put Agilities on the pine again and let silkthread play alongside SoOn because they looked like they much more dangerous DPS duo.

Also, where has Grim been? Is there a reason we haven't seen him play yet?

VAL has a great team, with a roster of Immortals and former Rogue roster, plus numlocked and Skilthread. But the DAL has a better team, with all the very good roles of Team EnVyUs players, along with xQc. I think it gives VAL 1-3 DAL

It’s felt like SoOn has been on a mission to reaffirm why he’s one of the best since some hype was lost while Rogue was struggling. I’ve been impressed with his play in the matches we have seen so far. I think he’ll be the X factor of this matchup

sensing im getting a little pissed, Overtime respawns for Hybrid/payload is terribly designed, and a huge advantage for the attacks (which is the opposite of what overtime should be) and everyone just seems to ignore that fact, calling "bad defence"

Haha such amazing dps and failing defenses (on both sides), the will to win of Effect (it's crazy) might be what makes the difference, I like Soon but in contrast he tends to tilt out of games.

Fuel seem out of shape. Internally, something isn't working. The constant swapping initially seemed like an advantage but imo it seems to be hurting them. A lot of work ahead of them if they want to get out of the losing swamp.

and they joined what is by far the most successful western overwatch-team (envyus). so yeah, your comment is pretty much bs.

(i do also think that they rely too much on a carry-performance by effect tho)

To be completely true I guess that strictly speaking of wins the most successful western team was Rogue, but for sure the more stable and long term one was EnvyUS.

I agree with both of you thou, people tends to overrate them, OWL teams are a different beast than old NA contenders ones, or even older NA/EU tier 1-2 teams and yes I fear they put to much into the carry Effect, have to admit thou that the guy can be scary, just yesterday the team was too hard to carry Vs stronger opponents.

Imo they really should find a player who can flex into support and tank so they can utilize HarryHook as a dps.
It's kinda obvious that you're out of touch with the information, because Fuel has potentially one of the best aimers in Overwatch playing support.
