What are your main heros that you like to play and why you like to play it! (For the people with the beta)
And for the people without the beta from what youve seen what would you like to main and why :D
Mine are Mccree, Pharah, and Tracer
Pharah, Widowmaker, Zen, Junkrat. tbh I think zen LOOKS like he plays a little too easy (orbs look like they home/autoaim?)
I like pharah's kit the most (soldier who woulda thought), widowmaker just seems extremely strong and useful, zen looks almost like a strong, somewhat offensive support, junkrat's kit is pretty awesome (bounce det nades seem pretty interesting/ high skill cap).
I'm hoping to fill a WindowMaker / Support hero role in a team but I'm not sure the meta is going to move away from having two dedicated supports anytime soon.
Which means if I want to Widowmaker main, I may need to be the full utility guy in the team, meaning heroes like Widowmaker, Winston, McCree, Soldier76, Tracer, depending on what the team needs at the time. Not sure how I feel about that.
I've been playing a little bit of everything since I only have three days to play, but Tracer, McCree, Zarya and Zenyatta are probably my favorites. Offense is probably my main role right now solely because playing supports and sometimes tanks with random people usually sucks ass. With a coordinated group of people I could see myself playing support a lot more.
At some point though I want to dedicate a lot of time to Genji because I still don't understand how the hell to play him correctly.
I was only in for the weekend, but I really liked playing d.Va. She has a ton of options for flanking and for group harassment. Tanky, mobile, and decent damage and an AoE ult. I think if she stays as is she will be a standard run hero in any setup.
Other than than d.Va, I enjoyed widow and reaper. Clickin on things is fun.
Mercy is my favourite hero right now, which really surprised me as I don't tend to enjoy being the healer.
I just feel like I can be the most valuable person in the game playing her, and winning is fun.
The positioning with guardian angel (shift) is a lot of fun. Flying through the air, getting to see the entire battlefield while being relatively safe is great.
While I haven't been maining one hero, I'm playing tanks/healers/supports in about 60-70% of my games. I'm finding that I enjoy the play-styles and more objective-oriented roles over Assault characters.
The heroes I seem to be putting a lot of time into, or doing best with, are Lucio, Zarya, and Winston. They're all generally very strong and I'm really enjoying the nuances and play-style of each one.
