As seen by their recent trip in Korea, Rogue aren't unbeatable. You just need inhuman coordination and the best Ana, Winston, Genji and Lucio in the region to beat them.

Of all the mains in USA, there's probably most competition in best Ana main. There's just so many good ones.

Especially since "Ana mains" can't just play Ana now they have to be able to play zen and mercy

If you want an equally good ana and zen,i suggest picking up dogman since i haven't seen as much zen from rawkus

I can't speak for the US team but Canada I agree that S4, xQc, Agilities, Rool and Verbo are pretty much in. The last person needs to be able to flex dps/tank unless they want to run triple dps all the time but Train (LG Evil) might be a good flex pick.

Especially since "Ana mains" can't just play Ana now they have to be able to play zen and mercy

the top tier supports were already playing mercy/zen prior to ana even coming out. I can't think of any NA/EU pro that got picked up purely for their ana that then needed to learn zen/mercy. For example, I knew shake as a zen god (solid mercy) and became an ana god afterwards. Same as Floor.

I think it's safe to say that Seagull is probably the only guaranteed member for team USA. Not sure about other picks since there's a really wide variety of players that can be picked, plus you also have to include the streamers that aren't on pro teams.

I haven't seen _ID and AZK flex to that off tank role as much, and I don't know what their OT pool looks like if needed, so I don't think they'd be viable choice, imo.

Also I think id_ and train are the only players who can fill the flex role (play D.Va) for team Canada. Even Rogue, the number 1 triple dps team, has a D.Va player.

Train is probably a pretty good pickup for Canada. His D.Va was not bad during the Quad Tank days and he can flex to Hanzo/Tracer/Sombra as well, although I'm not sure how much that will be required since they'll have Surefour.

i wouldnt be surprised seeing xretzi on team USA, flame mentioned him as his pick for hitscan on twitter iirc (but hes not on the committee so who knows)

If we have Train I'm not sure Mangachu fits in here. S4's Parah is monster and he's a straight up better Soldier. With Train more than likely on Flex duty I think Agilities might be a better option than Mangachu for this squad.

they changed it, you can be a committee member and play, it was like a day or two after how the selection process worked that blizz changed it.
Maybe train didn't want to make the time commitment needed to play in the WC? gotta ask the dude but depends if you want to run "weird(er)" comps with mangachu or more standard with Train.

I mean if you post 5.3 times a day you'll eventually get nerdstars whether you get upfrags or not
