Sayas english isn't that bad compared to other krns on roster when he first came to the team. its not communication in game but more so out of game, in expressing his thoughts, plus its not like Mayhem has the best talent in coaches/players/staff. You build around saya, focus saya to grind few heroes he needs. FL isn't hard to figure out.

with the expansion of teams next year, they have a good chance of getting picked up individually or as a team. Also depends on which foreign teams expand into, so you may see some EU teams or NA transitoning to a EU branded team.

Can't have a salary cap without some sort of players union to negotiate. I guess it all depends on how OWL is set up legally. I remember reading an article on kotaku or somewhere that had a esport lawyer talk about player representation if a salary cap would come about and how that would take years to get.

yea, they changed up how they shotcall, so that will take time to adjust. Also, pre Korean players and post korean players, you can see they are still trying to find their "color/style of play" that will fit all players best, while building that chemistry even more. I see a tug/pull in how players "see" the match and that makes for bad support ults/bad dps ults. They need to keep working on it and maybe members need to take a backseat while letting others shine for the betterment of the team.

They're phoenixes. They will rise again. Its a cycle of ups/downs with them if you look at their history (previous rogue roster to current one). Not surprised. The shakedown of teams, the ones that are consistently good (enough), bad, up/down is now being established before OWL. 1) will always get charge (sure, but not highly SUSTAINED charge). Its not hard for peeps to stop shootin zaryas bubbles. You saw it when Reinhardt wouldnt fire strike her anymore to give her charge (with the reduction of how much charge from 40 to 20). Then teams learned how to stop shooting at her because teams found out, a low charge zarya is useless. Its called discipline. Buffs to other char led to her being not in the meta. Now we see her being used because of buffs/nerfs to other characters like Rein, her own buff to grav etc.
