At this point I wonder if FCTFCTN is just going to find a contenders team and play it out with them. Surely someone of his caliber should've been picked up by a team eventually...right?
They may be gone, but we will never forget the corndogs.
Situational/map specific swap-ins maybe?

Also why would Dallas need another tank player? Between Taimou, Mickie, Cocco, and xQc (if he can keep himself out of trouble), and EFFECT/Seagull for Zarya it seems like their tank line is well suited imo

apparently Linkzr is playing tonight, which is going to make this series a lot more interesting
Pulling for Houston 3-2
Great that she's getting an opportunity to prove herself against the best in the world.
Hopefully with some of these additions Shanghai can soon become a real contender against Seoul, New York, and London. It obviously won't happen overnight but I'm hopeful for this roster
Right, but if Linkzr was playing, they would've had Jake to pharah instead of Clockwork, and judging by his sub-par performance on pharah that could've tipped the scales in the favor of Houston
What a series
Can't help but wonder if the outcome would've been different if Linkzr wasn't sick
Pulling for the upset in this one.
3-2 HOU
Great to see Florida getting more guys on the roster
Now if only they'd get another main tank and (possibly) support...
BE GONE MOTH
Now if only the pro patch would be updated to this one that'd be amazing because I want to see Ana come back
To be fair, rein is barely seen in pro play anymore. It seems that either orisa or winston are the only tanks really played, which both of them he excels at.
Also if FCTFCTN isn't going to an OWL team, my guess is he's probably going to be on a highly rated contenders team
What a nutty series
You'd think he would've learned after a few disciplinary actions that he shouldn't be dabbling into things that could possibly land him in trouble...
He's probably being extra careful since the flu season here in the states is apparently really bad this year and he doesn't want to get any of his other teammates sick, but who knows
Ana for sure is going to be more prevalent in the meta (which to me is exciting because seeing Chipshajen, Jehong, and other very skilled Anas not have to play zen for most of the time makes me incredibly happy, not that zen isn't exciting) but I'm still unsure about Lucio's usage. He might be used more for koth/control maps and dive comps but that to me seems like all that he's going to see since his healing still is subpar compared to the other healers
USA vs SK was probably my single most favorite series of overwatch to spectate. The new spectator changes + how nutty the set was overall made it that more special (in spite of the patch that it was being played on)
Isn't it Zuppeh and not Zuppehw? (In roster list at bottom)
Still great writeup cX :)
I'm currently in the same boat as Scrubasaurus. Having to deal with school for another few weeks but I'm a borderline diamond tank/support player (main tanks and lucio/zen but can play a decent pharah/junkrat)
colossus if indeed correct
meza is far out of our league :(
also I am more than happy to apply for either the flex tank or 2nd support spot :D
Would have made this thread yesterday but I was busy being an average American on Thanksgiving and falling asleep on the couch watching football after too much food but better late than never

Can be between players or teams as well
Edit: be sure to include links as well going forward, I'd like to see the whole story if possible
Zowie mice are incredibly popular among esports oriented gamers mainly for their shapes, but keep in mind that the EC mice are ergonomic shapes, not ambidextrous shapes, but I can confidently say that it's honestly one of the best mice shapes out there (which is what zowie mice are already known for anyways)
However you can't rebind any of the buttons since they're plug and play mice with no software. I personally don't mind it since all of my usual functions don't need to be remapped to anything other than their primary functions but I know from using a mouse that previously had a mode switch it was really helpful when in windows and I wanted to open a commonly used program.
The Rival 310 should have those capabilities through the steelseries software that comes with it but once again I'd recommend watching Rocket Jump Ninja's reviews of those mice. Still, if you want an amazing shape, go with the EC2-B. If having remappable buttons is also important to you, go with the rival 310. Either way you've got 2 really good choices to choose from
Rocket jump ninja is honestly the only mouse reviewer I trust that isn't a pro player (which there aren't many that do regular mouse reviews anyways). The amount of depth that he goes into when doing his reviews is so helpful and is very quick when responding to questions about concerns that people may have when they're about to purchase said mouse
Judging by your criteria, the Steelseries Rival 110 or Steelseries Sensei 310 are choices that you might want to look into. I'd recommend watching the individual reviews regardless of if the mouse is in your price range (which both of them should be) for a better understanding for what you'd be getting if you bought said mouse
idk tbh I just know that's what is listed on his ETF2L profile
GC Busan 6-0ing Lunatic Hai this past APEX
If tf2 counts there's someone from Seychelles that still plays (which that flag isn't even available on here or tftv afaik)
As much as I love the Outlaws roster, I feel like since DF has the more established roster (as in the core has been playing together longer) that this one will end up going in favor of them. Regardless I still feel like this is going to be a really good match and I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Just seeing all of the tweets by pros/former pros/people that have played with him saying how he's impacted their careers in overwatch really shows the impact that he's had on a game that's still relatively young.
RIP INTERNETHULK. You will be missed very dearly.
INTERNETHULK was without a doubt my favorite player from EnVy's overwatch team during his time with them. Rest easy dude.
I wonder if Blizzard is going to have the World Cup be the conclusion of pro/tournament events under their banner each year. To me it makes a lot of sense too. Having the OWL season go through the majority of the year, concluding a little bit before the World Cup qualifiers begin, and then Blizzcon and the World Cup being the end of major events for the year in terms of pro/tournament play, giving the pros the rest of the year as a sort of off-season period
I'd much prefer an offseason/down time in tournaments to a tournament drought any day of the week
Plus it's getting into the later months of the year, and most of these guys have families that may not get to see them because they're competing
That being said, having smaller tournaments for the non-OWL/OWC teams will be great to keep viewers engaged with up and coming talent. It's one of the prime reasons why I miss watching the Overwatch Monthly Melee. The games were frequent enough to keep viewers engaged but still contained talent that was worth watching to the event's conclusion
France might be able to take a map but for the most part this one is going to be all SK
FR 0 - 3 SK
More teams embracing rare flags FeelsGoodMan
Edit: roster will consist of
OWL - Tie between Outlaws and Fuel
WC - USA
Normal - Runaway
Gonna be a shame when these guys play Dallas Fuel. Both are rosters that I'm big fans of and want to see excel
Although that logo is easily the best out of all the teams so far
There's a possibility that it's Team Canada scrims since Mangachu is also listed as in a custom game lobby
My prediction is INTERNETHULK to come on as a coach/backup, and boombox to be the team's 2nd flex support
If no INTERNETHULK then boombox/Custa to join the team
My heart is saying RunAway, but my mind is saying GC Busan
If GC Busan doesn't 4-0 RunAway, it's probably going to a 6th or 7th map. In this case, I'm predicting RunAway takes it 4-2 or 4-3
Definitely would like to see GODS play again. Maybe INTERNETHULK could come back to the team as another coach/backup flex player?
who is eV going to have on tank if numlocked won't be attending with them?
Don't Seagull and Sinatraa play mostly the same roles? I might be just thinking about Sinatraa's role within the context of his team when he was with Selfless but I feel like their hero roles would overlap.
Also if Seagull were to actually play for a team I feel like he'd be a part of the Houston OpTic team that's going to be playing in OWL, unless NRG chooses to cut iddqd (which I don't think they should do because that's a scary DPS duo) but I'm not the one calling the shots for their team
