Fissure joins the Gladiators after having seen minimum playing time for the Spitfire. During the entirety of Stage 1, including the team's two stage playoffs matches, Fissure played in six maps total. He will be competing for the starting tank role with iReMiix, who played every map of Stage 1 for the team in large part because of the Gladiators' small 7-man roster.
This is the second of two transfer deals London has been involved in today. The Spitfire are also involved in negotiations to send Rascal to the Dallas Fuel. Both Fissure and Rascal have struggled to get playtime on the team's 12-man roster, each only seeing six maps of playtime in Stage 1.
The roster of the Los Angeles Gladiators is now:
- Lane "Surefour" Roberts (DPS)
- Juan Pedro "Hydration" Goes Telles (DPS)
- Choi "Asher" Joon-seong (최준성) (DPS)
- Aaron "Bischu" Kim (Flex)
- Luis "iReMiix" Galarza (Tank)
- Baek "Fissure" Chan-hyung (백찬형) (Tank)
- Jonas "Shaz" Suovaara (Support)
- Benjamin "BigG00se" Isohanni (Support)
- David "Dpei" Pei (Head Coach)
- Timothy "Tim" Albanese (Assistant Coach)
- Blake "Raistlin" Panasiewicz (Performance Coach)
