Possible FCTFCTN move?

So you guys know for the longest time that on FCTFCTN's stream, he always puts faze on there. Ever since the signing period has begun, he took the Faze off. This is just speculation, as this could have just be a mistake on his part. We all know that he's a very OWL capable player and would surprise me if he didn't get picked up, but it just seems like a coincidence to me. I may just be totally wrong, or could this actually mean something?

Could be, he didn't announce it tho and still has faze all over his twitter. If the contracts were renewed in late 2017 when the team still played then he should still be contracted unless he was bought out or severed from it

exactly, most players who get cut are still under contract and have to put the orgs stuff on stream twitter etc. he probably finished his contract.

To be fair, rein is barely seen in pro play anymore. It seems that either orisa or winston are the only tanks really played, which both of them he excels at.

Also if FCTFCTN isn't going to an OWL team, my guess is he's probably going to be on a highly rated contenders team

There's two big meta shifts coming soon, one with the Mercy nerf and potentially with the next hero which will be released at some point during the OWL regular season. It is definitely smart to get yourself a top tier Rein on your roster cos he could come hammering back with a vengeance.

Especially with mercy junk nerfs, quad tank could be a great team comp, and with some better rein maps coming in stage 2 it's looking up for rein.

FCTFCTN is a valuable pickup for any team, especially after his world cup performance.

Wouldn't be SHOCKED at all to see him in OWL.

there are a lot of solid dps and supps but not a lot of tanks right now.

Shock, Florida, Gladiators, even Fuel can sign him tbh.

Shock feels like the most likely team to pick him up, but Florida should just stick to the Misfits line-up for a chemistry standpoint, same with Gladiators, and the Main issue for the fuel is their communication, and bringing another new player really seems like a bad idea for me

I see no option except shock. Mayhem needs a tank, but they are all Swedish except for Zuppeh and Logix. So they wouldn’t blend as well as they would on shoxk

Zuppeh is Finnish, and I don't think the all-Swede argument stands anymore. Not for OWL standards of competition.

i think is more related on the full european roster...i will see weird too if they pick up a USA players instead of an EU one...while i think Fact is the best US tank and will be a great add for them..

Mayhem is in desperate need for a main tank, FCT's role. Cwoosh had a great genji, but they need an actual tank player to perform the role, not a DPS player. I think Cwoosh's DPS is OWL caliber, but he could actually do well as a coach, coming from his experience as a player on two roles. Besides the point, FCT is very likely the best main tank who was not picked up in OWL. Florida FCTFCTN pls.

It's possible he was just trying to keep things on the down-low, but comments he made on stream yesterday sure made it sound like he doesn't know if he'll be in OWL yet.
