World Cup Group Stage talent announced

We’re only one week away until the Overwatch World Cup begins its tour across the globe. The countries have been decided, the committees were elected, and the players have all been selected. Blizzard today has revealed the last piece of the tournament - the broadcast crew that will be bringing you all the coverage throughout the World Cup.

WC Group Stage talent

A crew featuring the likes of Soembie, Goldenboy, Malik, MonteCristo, and DoA will be present at all group stages, alongside a unique team at each location. The talent crew is:

The World Cup will also have broadcasts for a multitude of languages, including Chinese, Korean, French, Russian, and many more.

The Overwatch World Cup 2017 kicks off on July 14th in Shanghai, China, where eight teams will fight for two spots at the Blizzcon Playoffs in November.

Do people actually like flame? i think he is a horrible analyst, who cant even cast and never has anything insightful to say. Half the time I feel like he is just blatantly wrong when talking about a certain point he's trying to make idk. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

This is a well planned executed announcer list. Sounds like they'll have a main casting desk local and away locations with legit casters in each area.

Flame seems knowledgeable, but he's a black hole of charisma. I wish him all the best, but I don't think he's cut out for being in front of a camera.

He surely knows his stuff but I also agree he unfortunately comes across a bit stiff on camera. There is not much movements in his face and his voice is very monoton. I saw an interview with him where he was much more laid-back, probably because the situation was less stressfull, so I am sure he can pull it off with more practice. I feel the same about Reinforce tbh. It´s surely something both need to improve on, to excite the audience.
But what I found more distracting than anything is the massive overuse of the word "like". It´s an annoing habit and if you are braodcasting you really need to reduce it to the minimum.
