Why the Boston leak is probably real.

Some days ago we were talking about a possible Boston team formed by this players: Gamsu,Mistakes, Snow( who will plays flex supp and not main), Kyb, DreamzKazper, NotE, Fisher, Striker and maybe some others players. Just maked a research on twitter and:
Mistakes follow kyb Dream NotE Snow. In particulary Dream and Snow are both some of the last with NotE a little bit bheind.
DreamKazper has recently followed Mistakes
NotE seems like he is not searching a team. But he is the only signed with Snow under Toronto Esports of the ex-team lead by HUK. But the lineup TO put on in the last Open Division matches dindt featured neither Snow or NotE https://play.eslgaming.com/overwatch/north-america/overwatch/major/overwatch-open-division/season-2-regular-season/match/35368543/. So why they are signed if they are not playing? (buyout)
NotE recently followed Gamsu who seems like have found a team. Huk said he wants some koreans in so........
Kyb is the most expert of twitter but he recently retwetted some of the Mistakes streams.
Finnaly Snow said he will be playing for an unknow team. Consideredered that not OWL org are probably not considered he is on an OWL team and i dont seen him elsewhere if not in the Huk's team.( he also recently followed Mistakes).
Huk recently followed Mistakes.
Fisher recently followed HuK.
Last thing that i add....Mini( ex players ) can be their coach cause he recently followed boyh mistakes and HuK and mistakes follows him.

This can be all coincedences but i think we have something to say that it can be possible. Unfortunatly i dindnt find Striker twitter so i cant search on him

anyway some pieces of the team are absent here( or at least i hope that)

kyb,mistake,fischer sick combo the others i didnt really follow that much but dream seemed like a pretty good player with a pretty wide heropool

Mistakes and Fischer are monsters so can see them being in OWL, also like DreamKazper, he's good, not a big fan of Kyb, find him a little overrated or at least I think there are better alternatives, rest of them I know very little about.

When will esports learn to stop following each other on twitter before announcements? Don't get me wrong I'm thankful for their complacency, but it's such a dumb thought that we find out these things through twitter.

Eh, if it is real, then i might be a little disapointed. Didn't Harsha say Boston was bad? I remember a post about that i think. I personally believe that Linkzr will be on this roster because of how he showed up on LAN. Its not only important that he's good, he also had a really good performance on LAN which is where every OWL game is going to take place. Mistakes and Linkzr would be a sick combo. Im happy for all the EU players on this roster. They many not be as popular as some of the NA players, but they're just as good. We'll have to see how they do and what the final roster is.

Potential is the key word. We've seen a lot of teams with potential that don't actually explore that potential, and end up falling under the disappointing category. Which, as of right now, will most likely add Boston to the list, unless the rumor roster undergoes some major shakeups (which it needs to if they want to have any chance of keeping at a high level of competition)

Their dps and tank line is excellent from the names dropped but support and offtank is what im worrying about

I agree partially. Dreamkazper, Fischer, and Gamsu are all stellar pickups, but I think Kyb and Mistakes are both mistakes (no pun intended.) Yes, Mistakes is a great tracer, but I feel his lack of flexibility will only detriment the team. He could of course be just a bench warmer who would pop in for tracer based comps, but I think Boston would be more successful if they found a suitable hitscan DPS who could also play a strong tracer. Good tracers are key, but not every team needs a sinatraa or an Effect to win.
Meanwhile, Kyb's offtank play has never impressed. On a note of Snow and NotE (haHAa), they're both relatively unproven and largely inexperienced (at least in the tier 1 tournament scene) tournament players, and they're truly only on the rumored roster because of their relation with HuK.
If the team can find another strong DPS player, a couple reliable offtanks, and a stronger support core, forming a team around Dreamkazper and Gamsu specifically could be extremely viable.

I'd love to see Architect come in to be a straight projectile DPS player that not only can mesh with Dreamkazper's DPS flexibility, but also refuel the already existing chemistry between him and his old tank teammate. Even adding in Twilight and making a mini-conbox within Boston would be a smart move.

From reddit seems like 6 are confirmed but kyb and fisher( the two with less connection and with less proof) are both not in the team. So they probably have Mistakes Striker Dream NotE Gamsu and Snoe for now.

Edit: apparently kruise said in a stream that 6 over 8 players are right, kyb said is not on the team and others sources reported than neither fisher is on the team. So they have 3 hitscan/flex( Dream Mistakes Striker), 1 main tank ( Gamsu), 1 offtank/flex( NotE), 1 Flex Supp(Snow)....so they for sure had anothere player who is main supp and a projectile ( or maybe they are gonna go like San Francisco lul)

Well, This line up has potential. Mistakes, Dream, Striker, Gamsu, Snow, and NotE. Its a solid starting point. I think, personally, they should get Adam and Roolf as the supports. They're two of the best and have played together for a while. There aren't too many good offtanks out there, but NotE might surprise us. Im confident in Mistakes, but i feel like someone consistent, who has alot of LAN experience, like AKM, or Linkzr, could be good for the team in general. I like dream, he was good in the teir 2 scene, but how well does he stack up to players like Taimou, or EFFECT, or Birdring, etc. I dont know much about Gamsu and Striker, i don't have an opinion on them. But this team is lacking quite a few parts. Also, if Tracer falls out of the meta, i think mistakes could transfer well to the zarya role.

so huk hopes to mold tier2 players into a tier1 team,big gamble tbh.
