I totally understand opinions are what they are and everyone can view it however they want subjectively. I just think people make these statements from watching contenders matches where they literally show a support player for 4 seconds per match, so unless people are paying attention to kill feeds and observing the background and death/heal rates of the rest of the team I am not sure how people form these opinions of support players one way or other other from watching contenders or other events.
My statements come from watching his stream and paying close attention to him. He stood out to me early on and became one of my favorite players so I watch him closely and I think he is a standout in NA supports.
I just think with a minimum of 24 support slots available in OWL season 1 I think he should be one of them, at least a backup.
Yeah I get you my main point was that others may see your view in the same way you see theirs. Understanding another person's thought process is hard enough and made almost impossible over the internet, so you not being able to comprehend how people come to the conclusions they do is normal.
All that matters is that opinions differ so I don't think you should be concerned when people disagree with you, though you're free to defend your point of view...without trying to dismiss another's.
In any case, he might very well get in, and it is unfortunate that not all of the pros we like will, with just over a month left for the signing period.
