Prime looking for core DPS position

Team Prime is currently looking for a new member for the core DPS position to fill out our roster.

We are currently rank #8 in the world and #4 in North America according to the Gosugamers Overwatch rankings and have had consistent semi-final appearances in almost every tournament.

What we want from you:

Dedication: We expect our players to be putting in eight or more hours a day towards team activities (scrims, practice, theorycraft, etc.). Players need to have a passion for the game that extends just beyond playing scrims/tournaments and be willing to be put in the hard work required to be a top contender.
Hero Pool: The ideal player will be able to play most if not every fragger role at an exceptional level.
Attitude: Keeping a positive attitude in games regardless of how the team is currently performing is incredibly important to team morale. We want someone who can have fun and be serious when the time comes, we want to become friends!!!
Communication: While we aren't expecting you to shot call, we do expect players to utilize comms efficiently and contribute to the teams coordination.
Previous Competitive experience: Not required but if you have any previous competitive experience in a game do not hesitate to let us know about it.

that's what i said. I guess talent/skill means nothing for them, they just want someone playing with them 8 hours a day every day. decisions like that keep you at a #4 rank

I respect the dedication. 8 hours a day is a full time job though. With this sort of requirement you might preclude anyone who already has one. Good luck with the search. Prime can be a solid team.

I mean I can hold my own or beat anybody in terms of tracer with a fraction of the play time because I focus heavily on playing her as smart as I can rather than just mindlessly grinding out hours, so I can sort of agree with the "needs 8 hours a day" is perhaps overbearing and blocking out those of us with jobs or other responsibilities.

On the other hand, a lot of the game skills are really intimately knowing how each other plays, which is hard to shortcut. Playing the game a lot does offer a lot of subtle benefits.
