A few weeks ago, after struggling in the opening day of the Overwatch Contenders Season Zero group stages, Cyclowns disbanded. The remaining parts of a team picked apart by organizations quickly dispersed and found new homes, trialing with teams still competing in Contenders. Among them was Lucio support CrusaDe, who began trialing with Laser Kittenz. After a successful trial period, he has now been officially signed to the Laser Kittenz roster.

CrusaDe is not a complete stranger to all members of this roster. His addition to Laser Kittenz reunites him with his former main tank teammate from their days as Cyclowns, mowzassa. Laser Kittenz has not been shy about signing new players in the past, and his familiarity with a member on the team, plus the semifinal run in Contenders the team went on under his Lucio-ship likely made his signing an easy one. The addition of another unique flag was just icing on the cake at that point. CrusaDe and his feline companions will next be seen playing in Overwatch Contenders Season One, where they will be hoping to stop eUnited's recent dominance of the European scene.
The Laser Kittenz roster is now:
- Byeon "Munchkin" Sang-beom (DPS)
- Finley "Kyb" Adisi (DPS)
- Carl "crems" Aspehult (Flex)
- Tiago "mowzassa" Rodrigues (Tank)
- Luís "Greyy" Perestrelo (Support)
- Ryan "CrusaDe" van Wegen (Support)
- Lee "claris" Keon-ho (Substitute Flex)
- Ivo "Linepro" Krasimirov (Substitute Support)
- Chris "spazzo" Infante (Coach)
- Go "NamedHwi" Se-hwi (Assistant Coach)
