Less than two weeks ago, Sideshow reported that Hammers Esports had cut former offtank Sev and had began trialing DPS players while moving Snizzlenose to flex. Included in the list of players they were trying out was Nesh. After a solid showing in the first online qualifier of TaKeOver 2, Nesh is now officially a member of the team.

Hammers lost in the finals of that online qualifier 3-0 to ex-Cyclone. However, in order to get to that final, Hammers had to defeat Movistar Riders in the semifinal, an upset after Movistar took the top spot in the PIT Championship. In fact, in the group stages of that tournament, Movistar defeated Hammers 2-0.
This may finally be the chance for Nesh to settle down with a team. He began his career with ANOX, but in recent months he has spent time trialing with NRG as flex in scrims before harbleu became available, trialed with compLexity as flex because harbleu became available, and played on the initial roster of Laser Kittenz before being let go.
The roster for Hammers Esports is now:
- Mads "Fischer" Jehg (DPS)
- German "Nesh" Kobrin (DPS)
- Erik "Snizzlenose" Hedåker (Flex)
- Christopher "ChrisTFer" Graham (Tank)
- Jonas "Shaz" Suovaara (Support)
- Tamás "tomzeY" Bordás (Support)
- Yann "Kirby" Luu (Coach)
