Edit: I surely hope this is addressed soon. You can't hope for much though, and we should have expected this. I would challenge anyone to name a competitive game that hasn't had some form of cheating. I just never expected it to be so soon however.

He's clearly aimbotting. it becomes quite obvious when he changes to 76. Someone in chat mentions it too.
Oh boy.
Hopefully blizzard actually does something about cheats in this game, but they've shown in past games they don't really care.
D3 is still filled with botters, hud programs and maphacks
WoW filled with botters, hacks that allow users to fly in pvp areas, and even allow dropping opponents (even in competitive and high level arena)
Hearthstone, somehow, filled with botters
SC2 and HOTS I'm not entirely sure as they're much smaller and harder to prove, but blizz definitely doesn't have a good track record.

sc2 has a ton of people using maphacks, hots used to have problems with maphacks but blizzard banned a lot of people who were hacking so it doesn't seem to be as much of a problem anymore
