Draw
Games that end in a Draw will be ignored from the final Match result. If the Match result end in a tie (2-2 in Best of 5), then a Best of 3 Control Map will be played to determine the Match winner.
Aren't tiebreakers supposed to be BO3? Why did they just do 3 rounds on Ilios?
edit: nvm, I was confused. Ilios was map 2, not a tiebreaker.
The NA losing streak continues....
Will NRG be the first team at this tourney to lose despite having fewer NA players?
Can't have the classic esports "tourney storyline" without something like this happening!
NRG kings of the symm meta? :D
Either way I look forward to reinforce's blog post after :D
seems pretty standard for event chat moderation tbh
From what I understand, OGN is a 24/7 esports cable TV channel in Korea, so they have all sorts of programming. Check it out live here
Lots of rumours, zero to no official communication. Blizzard taking the Valve approach to this event I see.
got timed out for typing "" in chat,
Holy shit I had to rewatch that like 4 times, reinforce charged the D.va ult and got slept by Chipshajen at the last instant
interesting that there's no zarya so far from Envy, mickie on full time D.Va
Fr. comportement = En. behavio(u)r ?

I guess Flame knew a few hours earlier. Mickie's Zarya at the World Cup was pretty good. Does anyone know if there's any pro scene to speak of in Thailand / southeast Asia?
edit: found this interesting article from last year about Mickie, apparently his comp background is in "Point Blank". Thailand 2015 Point Blank World Champs!

Apparently he was making 50k Baht ~ $1400 a month playing PB last year.
irresponsible behavior that happened fairly often
announcement of announcement leaked :O
Is there any particular criterion for being added to the "featured" stream list? I noticed two Tempo players who stream fairly frequently that were not on the list:

Maybe we can use this thread for other suggestions.

Guess it's actually official now though.
Nice to see some articles about the Asian scene, since it's rare to find articles in English about it. But is UW Artisan really "Korea's strongest Overwatch squad"? They got second to MiG Frost (also Korean) in the Nexus Cup which was only a few weeks ago.
I can't seem to find much information about either of their recent matches on gosugamers.
