I would not be surprised if there are currently additional League spots building teams (Chicago we know of) so some players might be already in talks with those teams for season 2. Also would not be surprised if at the mid-point of the season they announced these new spots to build hype for the OW free agents so they don't have to sign to current teams, but can also go to a new team.
aKm already said he isnt going to an OWL team to sit the bench too. He is going to go somewhere he starts. Dallas offered him a backup stpo this season and he turned it down.

The off-tank roles are filled by HOTBA from LuxuryWarch Red, who is expected to take the bulk of D.Va duty for the team, and Poko from GamersOrigin, who is better known for his Zarya play. While the latter may not see too much playtime in the current meta, he'll be a valuable asset going into future patches.
Was so wrong!! Poko the absolute animal. RIP to my Outlaws, but loved seeing Philly play so great! What a great match this was. Made me a Philly fan for sure.
