In all seriousness I dont think the preseason showed anything except these teams are all REALLY good and the competition is going to be amazing for the first season. Another month of practice and scrims no telling who is going to be at the top!

Also the NFL and NBA's caps are pointless when you can pay someone a 50 million signing bonus and spread it out over 10 years so it doesnt impact the cap like it should. It's all a big numbers game instead of being what it was intended to be.
Yea obviously Apex is in need of a re-work and needs to expand to some other teams. You also have to think Blizzard may put down new rules for all tourneys to more cohere to the OWL teams. If an OWL team is going to participate in Apex during the off season would they want them to cut their roster to 8 for the event?
Maybe APEX is changing the rule to match more of an OWL format?

Oh, yea thats not usually how a cap works. It is a total amount for the entire roster. At least in american sports.
300k? So enough to sign 6 players to the minimum salary??? I am sure the # will be MUCH higher than that.
12 player max X $50,000 = $600,000. I am sure the number will be well over a million to accomodate paying players MORE than league minimum.

Hopefully they add contenders teams and teams like Ardeont. Perhaps even expand to the China, Japan or SEA region and invite some top teams like old apex.
Most of the players are LFT so I assume 123 is disbanding.
I am thankful for hunting season for keeping me busy during the downtime. Hopefully I can utilize my deadeye and kill me a huge buck.
I agree with you here. They are waiting WAY too long to announce something and I think teams are losing patience.
Hopefully the shakeup can solidify the Finnish scene, especially with Gigannti up in the air as well.
I think people are jumping to a lot of conclusions with a lot of these teams. It is a long season and a bunch of these teams have an uphill battle since they haven't even started playing with each other online, let alone on LAN.
Going to be a lot to figure out when they start scrims, practice, and preseason. This is anyone's season you never know who could surprise us. On paper a lot of them look disappointing but you never know. PMA.
