The Russian team is an interesting one, they seem to be very good at bringing in Non-Russian players, Eg Sharyk, Cypher, Forsak3n and Anak. I believe Sharyk might have Duel Russian Latvian citizenship which is why he could play with them (he is also eligible for UK citizenship but does not currently have it i believe)
