I experienced the same issue recently dropping from 160ish stable fps to 80ish. It was actually due to all my graphics settings being reset to maximum by a driver update from geforce experience. You're not concerned by this but you could still check your in-game video settings (edit : didn't read your message properly)

He said in a tweet that hanzo will be nerfed soon, and see a drop in pick rate and a new meta will emerge. So whichever patch blizzard choose there would be a discrepancy anyway. Except that if owl rolls on the new patch then the pros will be stuck with broken hanzo for the whole stage duration

It may be an unpopular opinion but I like this trade, I feel Dallas struggled with Zen plays (ultimates mainly) and unkoe will definitely help there, also even though Custa may be the closest to an IGL Dallas has, unkoe is very vocal and will definitely help on shotcalling.

"Inside Valiant" gracefuly showed some beef between him and verbo so it's probably a good idea to set them apart, a support duo really needs to have synergy, if they start loosing trust into each other nothing good can come from keeping on playing together. Also unkoe and Kariv picks overlap and putting any of them on the bench is a waste of talent. Kariv / Custa is probably a good support duo.

I see it as a pretty good trade for both teams

Maybe it's a smart move and agilities will actually react positively from the pressure but according to what he said on the video he seems more scared than pumped. And what's the point of this one-to-one meeting on a parking lot if it's shown to the whole world (and his teammates) a few days later ?
Also making it public will only feed the memes and drama, add pressure to agilities' shoulders and prevent them from reconsidering this deal in the case he screws up in game
