This will be Lilbow's first venture into coaching. He has spent much of his career as a main support player and has manned the position for Team Gigantti for the last year. His most notable team was Eagle Gaming prior to his time on Team Gigantti.

Lilbow joins a coaching staff headed by Féfé and including Barroi. All three coaches are European and both Féfé and Lilbow are French.

The Defiant add Lilbow just a day after parting with Mobydik. Barroi is the team's only remaining coach from the 2019 season after Mobydik's departure.

The team has been active all offseason, both in roster moves and staff changes. The Defiant have already cut several players, traded for another and signed a new head coach.
