Australian esports organisation Tainted Minds have returned to Overwatch, acquiring Contenders Australia squad Pantheon Esports. The original Pantheon roster qualified for Contenders after placing 4th in Trials.
The organisation fielded a roster early on in Australia's competitive Overwatch scene, achieving relative success before their disbandment in 2016. Tainted Minds, a well known name in the esports community Down Under, also sport rosters in Rocket League, Counter Strike and Call of Duty.

The roster formerly known as Pantheon Esports has undergone changes since the conclusion of Trials Australia. These include the additions of Dfield and Godsworld, members of Tainted Mind's first Overwatch team, at the DPS and support positions respectively. Babyporo has also been added to the roster as a support player.
After turning in middling results in Trials, both the players and the organisation will hope that these changes can raise their level of play come Contenders. They will play SereNity in their first Contenders match on the 12th of March.
Tainted Minds new roster is:
- Jason 'Slidzorj' Andrews
- Daniel 'Dfield' Banfield
- Solomon "JJJJ" Spearritt
- Richard "Fullmetal" McLeod
- Dylan "Godsworld" Caine
- Serena "Babyporo" Barnett
