Maybe, but I think that there's some of that intangible quality about Grim. He's been part of Immortals/Sodipop since the start, so I think that there could be some merit in keeping him because he goes well with the team.
I also don't think there's too much worth in getting a straight up replacement. If you do, you've just committed however much Grim's contract is for a bench-warmer. It's a bit of a waste of money if you end up doing that.
If Grim's also taking a leadership role, as long as he's not playing Tracer, it would be a huge loss to not have that. Grim can play a good Tracer, but I assume his recent lack of performance on it is because he's trying to call at the same time, which just won't work.
I'm more curious about Silkthread. He plays a good Tracer, but not much else. Meanwhile you've got Soon, who made the current Tracer playstyle, but is more flexible.
I think it would make more sense if he signed with the Gladiators, Fusion, or (if he can bring himself) Uprising. They seem like the ones in more need of an insane hitscan player
I wouldn't tbh, he's deliberately provocative, insulting to many many people, and borderline sexist, but people brush it off as 'funny'. I know it's personal taste, but likening something to 'breaking in a new woman', which he did in something I watched, which all the other guests found hilarious, is just plain offensive.
