Just a couple of weeks ago, three clans of ninjas qualified for the group stages of European Contenders. Now, only one remains. NiP dropped their roster, leaving the team Rest in Pyjamas, and with the disbanding of their sister team, Team Singularity Ninjas has become Team Singularity.
A change of name isn't the only change happening to the all-Danish roster, however. Kragie will be coming over from the disbanded Team Singularity Gorillas roster to replace Krytox on DPS. Kragie will be specifically joining the Team Singularity roster to play hitscan.
Additionally, former coach Drunkin will be moving on to coach the Team Singularity DOTA 2 team, according to their official announcement. Replacing him as both coach and manager will be whatsgood. There was only praise for whatsgood from Team Singularity CEO Atle, "I’m happy that we’ve finally found a team manager that can work as both TM and coach," he said. "Because it’s needed at the point we’re at, and to keep developing the team and organization.”
While Krytox will not be playing under the Team Singularity roster anymore, he will remain teammates with much of the roster. Krytox will be playing for Team Denmark alongside Singularity players Nerfdd, Kragie, Lind, and Kellex.
The Team Singularity roster is now:
- Mikkel "MandeTrodser" Hestbek (DPS)
- Phillip "Kragie" Krag (DPS)
- Daniel "Danii" Lindblad (Flex)
- Gustav "Nerfdd" Guldager (Tank)
- Andreas "Lind" Lindblad (Support)
- Kristian "Kellex" Keller (Support)
- Ben "whatsgood" Goulding (Manager & Coach)
