The Toronto Overwatch League franchise has announced Bishop as the team's first head coach. This comes shortly after the team named Jae as its general manager.

Bishop spent the first part of his career coaching in the Kongdoo organization before joining Cloud9 in March of 2017. He remained with the organization as it transitioned into the Overwatch League as the London Spitfire. The team would win the Stage 1 title under his leadership before he was let go following the expiration of his contract in March.
Toronto will be the first team Bishop has joined since leaving the Spitfire. He was not a part of the Overwatch League for the final few stages of the season.
Bishop brings to Toronto experience in coaching both North American and Korean teams. While working with Cloud9, he coached one of the game's first teams mixed with Korean and western players, and coached an entirely Korean roster with the London Spitfire.
With a head coach and general manager now in place, the team is set to sign its first players. The exclusive free agent signing window for expansion teams opened yesterday.
