Same. As an older guy myself, his career was easier to connect with than all the young people. :sadface:

My god. He was a force in this community and led Envyus and Liquid to some amazing victories and moments. May he rest in peace.

It's fine. I think it's just hard to process for all of us.

This loss hurts deeply. He brought the original Envyus together, and he was an amazing player and hard worker, and truly didn't deserve this so early in his life.

Monte, Taimou, Talespin, Kyky...everyone is just shocked.

I've posted before how much I respected him as a player and thought he shouldn't be forgotten about. It was such a weird feeling to see someone I respected in esports die, especially considering I've thought about it a lot before. Seeing people from other parts of Liquid and other games in general chime in as well was super awesome.

I guess I'll be one of the few people to say it already, does anyone else really want to know what happened? I'm just hoping it wasn't anything tragic that could have been prevented, like an accident, or something worse.

RIP HULK, really really hope to see him honored in the future of Overwatch somehow.

You built one of the winningest rosters in all of professional Overwatch. In a stroke of genius, you turned your team around by recruiting Mickie to win OGN APEX Season 1. I had a lot of respect for you INTERNET HULK, may you rest in peace.

Yeah but it was just a couple tweets saying he was feeling sick. Literally could have been a headache. I think it was montecristo who said there would be more news so hopefully there won't be much time for rumors and false info to spread.

The kind of stuff that you really only notice after the fact. A few other ones where he was jokingly asking if a spider was going to kill him caught my attention too. Its a sad irony.

Created the team that went on a huge winstreak to beating the koreans,saw what nobody else saw in mickie,turned liquid from a team that had minimal chances in contenders to making them look like a dominant force and leading Germany's World cup team with pride 2 years in a row

Damn, this is incredibly sad. He was one of my favorite OW personalities and brought a bit of spice into the game which was fun. Don't want to spread rumors at all, but his previous Tweets mentioned having tonsillitis and I've heard of people having complications from that, especially when they're older, very scary stuff. RIP Hulk.

Very similar to me. The first tourney I watched was MLG Vegas and I was like "lmao what a name" and now... RIP.
