I've really enjoyed CB here. Using somewhat rare heroes like Sombra and Reaper and making em work, hella fun to watch.

I really love the Combox strats with only 1 healer and a reaper or sombra

I don't think it's fair to write em up as "meme" strats, but otherwise yes.

i think we will get to see more and more sombra in future . ppl still need to figure her out and find her place in a team comp
playing just sombra DUO with a genji main got me to 4.2k on my smurf in like only 2 days .
i dont think we can call sombra/genji a meme strat :)
