Hyped to see some Zonda Cree vs. Profit Tracer duels
What an insane fucking match.
Surprising to see Junkrat as a main reason why Genji isn't such a popular pick in the professional scene D:
I really had no idea he was as viable as he is since I only see him in every other match.
My heart wants Runaway to persevere but profit's Tracer is so nutty I'm not so sure. GC 4-2
I haven't been playing too much Overwatch this past year but I still watch tournaments pretty regularly.
That said, why is that most once Genji specialists have started to migrate away from playing Genji? Been seeing a lot of big name players swapping over to Tracer, Pharah or hitscan in place of the ninja.
Is this due to balance changes I haven't been keeping up with or players/teams adapting?
While the LuxuryWatch organization apologized to Luna and fans, it was reported that Luna felt the apology was untrue and unjust, turning to ashes a bridge that had already been burned.
How very poetic. Also, what exactly are the careers that Ever and Luna are pursuing in PUBG anyway? Are they becoming full-time streamers or does PUBG actually have a competitive scene in KR?
Yes he is but he competes against Chinese teams and players.
Haven't been able to see too much of the Chinese scene, other than Zonda when he used to stream regularly. Was really impressed by MY in their match vs. LH where they pushed them to their limits. Hoping to see more of Yangxiao's McCree!
Damn that was a fucking epic first map
Really seems like K9 is bullying poor 177 :(
Rooting for the foxes but I think K9 is going to bounce back with a vengeance.
For a second I thought this was the Apex grandfinal preview with the wrong flag D:
GL hyped, hopefully your next team will allow you to go back to your original alias.
In Haksal, I believe! Just please ... don't make him play Lucio on KOTH lol.
Best of luck to Adam and the ex-NA c9 crew moving forward. Was fun watching you guys dominate in the game's glory days.
The dynamic between Taimou and Mickie is really nice to see. They genuinely enjoy being around each other and the video showed that. Also interesting to hear Taimou referencing himself as more of a "support" for the team now and that EFFECT was the team's true "carry". I mean, EFFECT is a monster but Taimou please, lol.
All in all, great video.
GGWP Gigantti
Temple of Anubis twice in 1 series...?
Rooting for Nevix and c9 but the TviQ/Logix combo is nutty. 3-1 Misfits.
About time for LH to get some real DPS next to WhoRU.
Yeah the name could leaves a lot to be desired but the logo is slick
Even more reason to root for 123, GL Nomy!
foxes > LWR 3-2
GCB > LH 3-2
4 DPS players with no projectile specialist?
I always rooted for the Pups, I will miss them :( Good to hear they all had a good time despite not finding too much success in season 1. Best of luck to them all moving forward!
Hopefully eUnited can make it competitive but I'm expecting a pretty easy 4-0.
A good publicity move that also makes sense from a team needs perspective. Seagull, Taimou and EFFECT all share virtually no heroes in the pool which is surprisingly rare. Seagull is a projective specialist who can flex onto Zarya, Taimou is a hitscan specialist who can flex onto Hog and EFFECT is a top tier Tracer who can flex onto Doom.
Adding the bird only makes a versatile team even deeper and I'm excited to see how they utilize him in the future.
EnVision is hungry as ever for a win here ... but FaZe has ShadowBurn. SB vs. Jaru anime battles is gonna be hype AF! Rooting for EnVision though, really think they've come a long way since the season's start.
More than anything else I just want to see a competitive match. I know Rogue has been slumping and players like Soon and AKM have fallen off significantly but they are still a dangerous team, certainly one capable of an upset.
Envy however is just so solid, stable and experienced at this point. They are all so comfortable in their roles and more than capable of flexing to multiple heroes on the fly.
3-1 Envy but hoping for 3-2 Rogue just to make things interesting.
Really makes me sad everyone has no faith in the puppies :(
How come c9 EU doesn't get some cool logo variation like the KD boys?
Happy to see a Runaway/Kongdoo final because I genuinely felt they were the two strongest teams all season (I did not and will not buy into the LH hype until they get some decent DPS players). I was really impressed by Busan though, destroying LH 3-0 and then giving Runaway a major run for their money today.
GGWP to both teams.
My money is on c9KD to go all the way this season. Rascal/birdring looking too strong.
c9's logo just transformed into the Mangekyo Sharingan
Please Runaway, don't make Haksal play Lucio anymore ..
Holy shit LH lost 3-0 and EscA didn't play??? Who the f%*#& are we supposed to blame now?
I ran out of candles months ago. Time to start burning furniture.
Rooting for TS simply because they're running a 123 flag lineup
Sadly for my favorite team, 114 has the slight advantage over 123 in this matchup.
GuardiaN? ... not so original.
The depth of these teams leading up to OWL is pretty scary. Really hoping Nevix and zombs find full-time roles elsewhere though, both of them are too talented to be subs.
DOGMAN!
Jaru, ChrisTFer and McGravy were nutty. A lot of people will talk about Rogue being complacent/arrogant (which is probably true), but can't take credit away from EnVision, they played lights out on all 4 maps and deserved that win.
3-0 for 123 because 1) they have the best team logo in e-sports and 2) RiP is just a shadow of its former self.
I can't help but wonder how insane LH would be if they had 2 world-class DPS players like Flow3R and Rascal. Gido has shown he can compete with the best but he hasn't stood out in any particular matches and EscA is the definition of mediocrity.
Even without WhoRU however I still think LH wins 3-2.
