our lord and savior anime hater 101 is here
For those talking about cross-region playoffs, the logistics, time, and funding required to make that possible are insane. Blizzard is already devoting resources and time to OWL, along with other tournaments such as open division, trials, etc. It's a possibility but to be upset about it is to not be rational.
You'll need to wait for blizz to put them up.
😍😍😍😍😍😍
Give them their city flags?
Over.gg will be hosting a community discord tournament cast!
Hop into discord voice and enjoy casual casting/analyzing of the World Cup by over.gg staff, community members, and pros.
We hope to see you tomorrow for the first matchup of the World Cup, Sweden VS Canada.
If you're interested in participating, our discord is linked at the bottom of the page.
Cheers
(While this gathering is being operated by over.gg, the concept has not been put into an official form. If the next few days prove successful, expect this to be a constant thing!)
For the pre-season of OWL, put your predicted team rankings. 1-12.
Winner (closest to the real rankings at the end of the pre-season) get the prize of my everlasting friendship, or maybe something else TBA.
My predictions:
Drop em in the comments.
No Americans but because they know the true story of Comcast....
Mykl will lead London.
Overall from all said, we can't compare regions and there respective teams if there is no international LAN.
Zergling is on a week vacation, unfortunate timing.
He was just subbing.
As a New Yorker I'd love to have them here honestly.
Bias in this instance is not bad. People are expressing their opinion on seagull, that's it. The down/upvote option exists for this reason. It's not really fair to say bias in this instance, this thread is made for opinions to be voiced.
There is a reputable source involved there, it's not just rumors.
Likely but there is no 100% legitimate source. Not including rumors or speculation in these pieces.
This is Overview, your weekly recap of all news about competitive Overwatch.
For the week of 10/2/17
