Chen "U4" Congshan, coach of the Shanghai Dragons, has been fined internally for account sharing violations and negotiating with players outside of the team without permission from management. The fines announced by the Dragons franchise amount to ¥60,000 CNY ($9250~ USD), a significant step up from the ¥3000 CNY fines that Xushu and Undead received for their own account sharing violations in December last year.
The Dragon's team manager, Van, provided further explanation or the fines, detailing that the account sharing violations had been long running and with multiple persons. U4's communcation with opposing players from the Chinese scene reportedly involved promising underage players future spots on the Shanghai Dragons without consulting the team's management. As with Xushu and Undead's fines, no action or comment has been made by the Overwatch League front office as of yet.
