Impressive support system for a team that has no backing and no doubt a huge part of why they made it into the playoffs.
Unlikely to ever happen since Contenders teams are too volatile to invest into like that. Still love the idea though.
The Fusion siblings might be, but the Hurricane are in danger of being relegated right now so if we have to keep them in pairs I think that eliminates that family.
Cyclops is actually popping right now. I don't think it's going to be easy by any means but shit, I think they could make it if the stars align a bit.
but TO...was not ready.
They almost pulled it off against TO Esports, let's see if they can do it again, but better.
My body is ready.
Woa lol, didn't see that one coming.
Saying goodbye to Alwaysoov is like saying goodbye to an era. Hopefully he's able to stay in the scene and find himself another team to lead to victory.
As for the Seoul team i'm still hopeful that they find what they were lacking, be it coaching/staff or players. I still believe..SEOUL FIGHTING!!!
Runaway absolutely destroying X6. The shatter/bomb combo on Volskya was so sexy, a work of art.

6 starters + 12 reserves, per division.
Probably, but that only matters as long as Bernard is a better fit for the team than Crakin.
Wonder how much value Off Tank/Flex Support synergy actually brings. Usually it's more with the tank line and DPS or tank line and supports, otherwise it's just team synergy as a whole, imo.
Guess we'll see how they do with the new addition and how quickly they can get up to speed with their new 50% Korean squad.
I'm actually thinking China and Sweden with Denmark possibly stealing the 2nd spot. Otherwise the top two favorites of each group seem to be in relatively good positions to make it out, imo.
Why, I think it actually is.
Yeah that was a joke but I guess it got lost over internet translation. Oh well! '\'(o.O)'/'
And thank you for doing what is clearly mission critical work that no one else would ever think of doing /s (obligatory sarcasm tag to make sure it's not misunderstood this time)
Jokes aside, thanks for the post, no need to take things so seriously.
-10 pts for not having them in alphabetical order.
Was almost as easy as expected.
Hype.
That is all.
He's also 16(?), boosting/account selling is looking to be much bigger than what non-Korean thought it was so more of these names are bound to come out.
I won't excuse the behavior, because even though Blizz is, imo, doing a very poor job of supporting the sub OWL scenes not all players decided to turn to those practices. But maturity doesn't tend to be the forte of a good chunk of gamers in the teens or early twenties.
They aren't the first Org that might decide to punish, but keep, players and they probably won't be the last.
Teams were also bad at playing around their Mercy so it probably compounded the issue. I also assume that being "easy" or "hard" to play is somewhat less of an issue than actually being practiced on the hero, at their levels of skill at least.
It was predicted long ago by a great oracle:

Ouff, as a proud Canadian, this one hits hard, really fucking hard.
:candle:
Unfortunate, turns out this was the 4th place decider...

Your original post gets bumped up when you update it so you probably didn't need to make a whole new one for this. I'll put a link in the other one.

Amen, my heart is still broken from absolute disappointment of a season this was for my LH boyz.
Unfortunate but it was probably a change in direction after he was signed.
They're locked in for the Season Playoffs either way so you might get your wish granted at some point.
If he actually wants to be on it though.
Who are you even? Breaking my pun loving heart...
Or the fact that SFS wont be in the playoffs is even less of a reason to go hard. At this point managing player fatigue now could give them even more of an edge when preparing for the playoffs.
Go figure.
No battle Mercy puns tho?
Unfortunately, no Brig + Dive, not sure Dallas had the tools to play like this until this stage in the first place.
When Sayaplayer just can'r carry enough. On a serious note though I wonder what the Logix sub in was for. With Tracer not being as strong of a pick as she was it's a bit more difficult to justify putting him in over Saya imo.
Of course! He did give us the wonderful gift that is the AKM Blade measurement standard so that alone is a major contribution!
Jokes aside, it's good to see the boys playing like this, it's been a long time coming and I hope to continue to see more competitive matches from them.
Libero probably isnt in that conversation, mostly based on consistency. I'd actually put Fleta above him since the latter tends to have more impact on matches more often, despite his team struggling hard.
The rat is still strong, they'll probably be fine.
As a French Canadian not from Quebec, I demand to not be lumped in with that lot. Thank you. WE ARE MORE THAN JUST ONE PEOPLE MADAME.
2 Canadians on the team, we makin progress boiz.
You mean US health care?
LGD 4-2
If you're talking about ZP's casting it's better than Semmler's or Crums' game analysis. That's different from him not being "show ready" but I think that won't be an issue as the game grows and more teams are added tbh.
As for skill level disparity it looks like it has more to do with how teams are coached that the actual skill level of the players. Mechanically most of them are at a somewhat even level with some outliers, but the team that can really cater strategies to counter their opponents, or just run their own style better than anyone else can run theirs, have come out on top as the league goes on.
It'll be interesting to see how the others teams adapt to this relatively new way of playing the macro game but all in all I'm pretty happy with that I've seen. It's not perfect but there's room to grow.
Janus has played the map types he usually does. If anything NYXL is consistent in the set-ups they want to run and it's worked so far.
Or NYXL were just very well prepared for them. They didnt look like they ran out of gaz, more that NYXL just outplayed them for the majority of the match.
He was doing OK, with Gamsu and Mistakes doing most of the heavy lifting. Even now Striker is still the main force behind their success but Mistakes hasn't been holding them back one bit.
Jehong, what can the man not do?
