There's not a lot of requirements, just be in NA and want to stay dedicated to practicing and whatnot.

Don't rage, have a mic, and be somewhat responsive to your teammates and you own gameplay.

BE PREPARED to get criticism, its for your good and everyone else's.

Any spot is open right now I've been playing Flex/dps and other positions.

As for experience I've been playing tf2 and esea for csgo for awhile.
Times will be figured out corresponding to the time zones of the players.

My name's Jacob and I'm pursuing the Overwatch competitive scene.
I've been playing OW on a few teams and barely didn't make a "pro" team.
I've played flex a lot for these teams and mained dps for my own group.
