X forgot to mention the most important thing about the prediction game, THE BONUS ROUND!

With the regular season of Overwatch Contenders Season 1 wrapping up, I do believe it is time for a little BONUS ROUND! That's right! You the viewer have a chance to swing the momentum in this game and potentially steal a win from a contestant! How? By voting on what you believe was the match of the week from the past 5 weeks (week 1 is omitted due to a lack of predictions for the week).

Once all the votes have been collected, I will ask the contestants what they thought the match of the week was and whoever is correct gains 1 bonus point.

Overall no real change, but it is a bit closer than one would think, highlights include Mert's perfect streak and X's 200 IQ FNRGFE prediction win.

The desk has IMT on this one, so I'm gonna pull a Puckett and go with a 3:1 Rogue win. They have a better chance of getting into playoffs if they win. I feel like whoever wins will have to root for EnVision to destroy FaZe and Kungarna.

X literally stole that round and earned 2 pts, at least someone knows how to play this game!

This is gonna be a spicy game from the predictors, If RNG win a map and eV wins, Harsha ties with Mert, if we see a sweep, then Mert pulls further ahead. However, if RNG win, then Scrub gets a much needed point.

• 0 points for wrong guesses, 1 point for correct prediction, 2 for perfect prediction (team + map score)
• Points are cumulative for both NA and EU
• Bonus Round during playoff week (Details TBD)
• Whoever has the most points at the end of the event gets a prize!

As stated, Mert is in the lead with 8 pts, followed by Harsha and CommanderX with 7, and Scrubasaurus with an acceptable 5. Will the standings change after this week, tune into contenders and always remember to check over.gg's match tracker for all the results and more!

After Week 2 Proper the standings are this (all 4 were wrong about eUnited/Cloud9 and eV/IMT causing the scores to be a bit on the low end):

1. Mert - 8 pts (5-3 with 3 perfects)
2. Harsha - 7 pts (6-2 with 1 perfect)
3. CommanderX - 7 pts (5-3 with 2 perfects)
4. Scrubasaurus - 5 pts (4-4 with 1 perfect)

So far, Harsha has been the better predictor, but Mert compensated with accuracy, giving him the lead. We will see how this development will play a factor in next week's predictions. Now we go into the boring part of the game, as all of our contestants all predicted the same team with the same map score (Envy 4:0) so there will be no change to the standings no matter the result.

The first match was surprising, but there could be a point shift in the prediction game for this one. X is the only one who has gigantti winning, while the others have Misfits going strong.

After the first day of week 2 the standings are:

1. CommanderX - 6 pts (4-4 with 2 perfects)
2. Harsha - 5 pts (4-4 with 1 perfect)
3. Mert - 5 pts (3-4 with 2 perfects)
4. Scrubasaurus - 3 pts (2-4 with 0 perfect)

RNG map one win has blown up Mert and CommanderX's predictions, at this point, they can only hope for 1 point (should Rouge win) Harsha and Scrub are still in this, but it needs to go Broadway and Rogue needs to win in order to get 2 points

I feel as though he has a high skill ceiling cause you need to time those combos around the cooldowns so that you aren't just getting one pick with a combo then dying afterwards.
