So when OW launched my PC was relatively fine and I could get smooth +140 fps for everything. Recently however my PC has been a complete toaster handling this game having constant long stutters/pauses during gameplay and its really been a pain in the ass to try and fix it. I've tried different res' and gfx settings but nothing seems to work. Anyone care to point out which of my pc components is the elephant in the room and what i need to upgrade/fix. I'd like to play this game without this shitty lag for once.

CPU - Intel i5-4690K @ 3.5GHz
GPU - AMD Radeon R9 380
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB

Or they're hoping for OWL buyouts in the future?

At least for Season 1 I guess. If OWL goes further i can see it expanding to the Nordic regions and the potential it has to offer.

Aren't Splyce partnered with Delaware North though (parent company for the Boston Bruins). They should have the necessary resources i'd imagine to get a slot, its not like spots for an eSports league actually cost a Billion Dollars...

OW is in a bit of a limbo right now until more stuff gets released and cleared up for OWL. Most of the less-successful orgs are still unaware of what sort of full-on eSports platform they're getting into in the future so rather than take the risk and carry on losing investment into a branch with no clear heading they'd rather save the investment till they 100% know what they're paying for.

So been attempting to stream this game but keep getting high encoding warnings on OBS and the stream always stutters whenever im in Quickplay. Max bitrate is 3500kb/s and my internet isn't a problem. I'm on an i5-4690k if that helps.
