Blizzard single handedly killing their own game
I don't think anyone expected differently given their competitive track record with their other games
Over half the teams won't be shown, less games on stream than the qualifiers. Blizzard is pretty asinine when it comes to anything esports related
So the stream starts at 7 and there's only 4 games casted, what. Even the qualifiers had more matches played on stream. Is Blizzard really that shorthanded on talents?
The guy calls himself a top 10 competitive player, you expect anything less from someone with that inflated ego?
!
nrg is a joke man
At this point the team NRG doesn't exist
I would have liked seeing enigma still on the roster with the addition of harb
Dropping their DPS players will be a huge mistake because of one meta's performance, considering if it's DPS heavy now.
Just sounds like any generic suicidesheep song
Clockwork just holds his ult til the end of time man, he looks so lost
So why does this game's meta change so often and why is it a quad-tank meta
So basically if Overwatch wasn't a DMless shitfest of a game
I don't understand why NRG are so conservative with ults, it's like they hold onto it for ten years
Complexity have rumored and gossiped hackers? Kungnara has a guy legit vac banned during a streamed match
What are these matches for, seeding?
Youtube streaming, for real? lol
From Dummy's stream he said "We''re at our rock bottom. No one seems to listen to the comms".
Still unsure why vac-banned cheaters are allowed to compete but hey Blizzard esports ¯_(ツ)_/¯
NRG only won by DQ's in the last two qualifiers now
Why are these guys allowed to compete. Online qualifiers in 2016, LUL
Didn't someone in Kungarna get vac banned during a game
Third time NRG lost to a no-name team. Questions should be aimed not at the tournament structure, but their work ethics. Of course, one should not dismiss the fact that the teams like Kungara are riddled with past banned cheaters. Quality esports anti-cheat
inb4 NRG loss
NRG is a trash team LUL
So what does this speak to, that Blizzard's game is such a shitshow esports that randoms can take maps off people or that online qualifiers are a shitfest
Is this single elim? Whichever team loses is out?
Does this speak for the strength of Korean teams or NRG's weaknesses? Or Western work ethics
Is this Korean team the best in Korean atm?
GG. NRG now top team finally after losing dead weights.
I agree. If you're representing a large esports group, professionalism should be a standard like any other job. A kappa doesn't mitigate acting like a 11 year old
There is nothing wrong with the article, he just took it personally I guess
Because what's more productive, posting dicksuck posts that everyone that watches a stream is already aware of, or discussing (forum being an open exchange of ideas) why a team might not be having as much success as they could have? I do 'root' for nrg and splyce from their tf2 endeavors, just half their teams needs reform. Welcome to the internet though, you should drop the bitch act whenever you can
Because clockwork played with the original dummy, seagull, enigma group and he's a much better dps, just on an absolutely sub par team sans online shrugger
PEDs would be relevant in FPS games especially. In CS they have been doing it. If there are no regulations, why would you NOT take adderal? I'm not saying some players do, I'm saying that for players who have no prior history in competitive, who come from relative unknowns, why would you not put checks into place?
Also, how strict is drug testing for PEDs at these events? For a 300k tournament you'd think something like that would be the norm, especially with some people out of the woodworks from Europe
Time for a roster change, gods has been mediocre for the last few months, they should get someone like clockwork instead of him.
I agree with this. Clock is playing for such a bad team, if for no reason other than he is friends with that group.
Twitch chat may be aids but I agree with "milo=legit garbage". Gods has a hot start, but his stamina is pretty lacking, seems he chokes at any sort of deficit
Is this seriously only one bo3 for the day?
I thought this garbage game had pause support by now
I mean Shrugger chocked on his first tf2 lan as well. Spylce has a strong dps combo online, but they have trouble finding consistency, and commitment from other members of the team could factor into that. Gotta be frustrating for clockwork to carry such a bad team
Shame for Splyce, seems Shrugger is pulling the lan choke
Right so, 2/2/2 wasn't representative of the game but 4 tanks is? What's with the trend with developers making perpetual pointless updates, game is boring as fuck. Does Blizzard take after Riot's business model? Is inconsistancy a key note to hit when you try to balance games now? So 4/6 of your team gets shafted because a "meta" is so disproportionately balanced?
Is Blizzard's anti cheat any decent? What's the talk of Pine being banned on lan before?
You'd think after Nick's angry tweet about his internet on July 24th he'd resolve to do something about it
300k and 100k tournaments. Still no basic pause feature. Blizzard. Also, so much wasted talent on this roster
Is that Rapha from Quake? Is he a recent pick up?
That's been known for ages. The issue has more to do with mentality. There's less incentive to improve and be consistent if you meme on stream and can make a quarter of a million. There is talent on the team, yes, but as other upcoming teams have shown it's less about talent than work ethics. Envy has the advantage of an environment where they just pour their life into practicing, so that yields the results you see. Personally, if you mix and mash teams with TF players that should be doing better than they have, you'd end up with a better roster akin to NotEnigma.
Regardless, unlessly explicit stated, accused and caught are two different things. Don't turn into a he-said-she-said mongel
Actually vomit that the head of an organization would take any reddit discussion seriously
