Doha is the 12th player to join the Fuel roster, capping the team at 12 player. All 12 players are currently under contract. Doha is the roster's fifth DPS player and their second new DPS of the offseason. They traded for Decay in October.
Doha has been a member of Element Mystic since November of 2018. Since then, Element Mystic has not finished outside of the top two of any tournament Doha has played in. This run includes a Contenders Korea title, the Pacific Showdown championship and the trophy at the Contenders Gauntlet.
Three of his Element Mystic teammates and his head coach, Rush, joined the Paris Eternal last month. He is the first player from Element Mystic's Gauntlet championship team to join a different Overwatch League team.
Earlier this month, the Fuel signed main tank Gamsu. Gamsu, Decay and Doha have been the Fuel's only new additions of the offseason.
The Fuel are coming off a season where they went 10-18 and went 1-13 in the second half of the season.
