About half of the Overwatch League's teams have finished their regular seasons, while the other half of the league plays out their final matches at the Kit-Kat Rivalry Weekend.
Once this upcoming weekend is over, the Overwatch League will transition into the postseason. First will come the play-in tournament, where the teams who finish the regular season between seventh and 12th will compete for two spots in the playoffs.
Then will come the playoffs themselves, where the eight best teams in the league will battle for their shot at an Overwatch League title.
For most of the teams, their chances at making the postseason are already set. The only exception is the battle between the Los Angeles Valiant and the Chengdu Hunters, who are competing for the 12th and final spot in the postseason. The Valiant play two matches this weekend while the Hunters will watch from home and hope that the Valiant don't win a single match.
Other than that, the only other questions heading into the postseason regard seeding. Teams will hope to finish the regular season strong to get the highest seeding possible.
With that cleared away, here are Scrub's second to last power rankings of the Overwatch League season.

1. (-) San Francisco Shock (21-5)
The San Francisco Shock San Francisco Shock OWL Rank #0 Viol2t Park Min-ki flex support Finn Oh Se-jin (오세진) flex support Proper Kim Dong-hyeon (김동현) dps s9mm Samuel Santos dps Coluge Colin Arai tank are continuing to roll over the rest of the league. The Gladiators were the only team to play them close thus far in the stage and their past two matches have been sweeps. They will have a real test this weekend, however, as they play the Titans as well as a Valiant team that needs wins to make it into the play-ins.
2. (-) Vancouver Titans (24-2)
The week off may serve the Vancouver Titans Vancouver Titans OWL Rank #0 Aspire Luka Rolovic dps MirroR Chris Trịnh dps False Nick Wiseman tank Masaa Petja Kantanen support Aztac Park Jeong-soo (박정수) support well as they enter the most anticipated regular season match to date. Their match with the Shock won't be quite the same as the titanic matchup it would have been under GOATs, but that doesn't mean the quality should be significantly lower. If both teams play to their full potential, it will be a thriller.
3. (+4) Atlanta Reign (14-12)
Both matches for the Atlanta Reign Atlanta Reign OWL Rank #0 Kai Kai Collins dps nero Charlie Zwarg dps Hawk Xander Domecq tank UltraViolet Benjamin David support Ojee Christian Han support this week were against tough teams, yet the Reign continued to roll. They are currently on a seven match winning streak--a streak that followed a five match losing streak. That losing streak is far behind them now and they have picked the right time to start rolling.
4. (-) Guangzhou Charge (15-13)

Their Stage 4 record is currently the best in the league (although both the Shock and Reign could surpass it in the upcoming weekend) and they've won each of their last four matches.

Despite losing this week, the Washington Justice Washington Justice OWL Rank #0 Decay Jang Gui-un (장귀운) dps Happy Lee Jung-woo (이정우) dps Mag Kim Tae-sung (김태성) tank Krillin Jeong Young-hoon support Opener An Gi-beom support are still ending the season as one of the league's best teams. Their lone loss this stage was to an Atlanta Reign team that has yet to lose a match in Stage 4. While they might not have found success this season, next season is looking bright with Corey leading the team's DPS players and their new tank combo plugging into the lineup.
6. (+7) Hangzhou Spark (17-10)
After looking horrendous to begin Stage 4, the Hangzhou Spark Hangzhou Spark OWL Rank #0 BERNAR Shin Se-won (신세원) off tank irony Kim Hyeong-woo (김형우) flex support Shy Zheng Yangjie (郑杨杰) dps AlphaYi Kim Joon (김준) dps guxue Xu Qiulin (徐秋林) tank superich Wu Gengtuo (吴梗拓) support have suddenly started to find momentum. Their three game win streak has guaranteed they will avoid the Shock in the first round of the playoffs. Instead, they'll be taking on the Gladiators, the team they just beat this past week.

Each of the Los Angeles Gladiators Los Angeles Gladiators OWL Rank #0 Shu Kim Jin-seo flex support kevster Kevin Persson dps Patiphan Patiphan Chaiwong dps Reiner Corey Scoda tank FunnyAstro Daniel Hathaway support ' last four matches have gone to map five, regardless of the opponent or the end result. They took the Shock to map five in Stage 4 Week 2 only to be taken to map five by the Fuel in Week 3. If the pattern continues, the match that may decide the fate of the Valiant will be a nail-biter.
8. (+3) Los Angeles Valiant (12-14)

Just one win will put them into the play-in, which sounds easy until you learn that their opponents are the Gladiators and the Shock. They'll need to play some of their best Overwatch of the season to make it into the playoffs. As for their ranking this week, the Valiant were able to rise thanks to the struggles of several teams ahead of them.
9. (-3) London Spitfire (16-12)
The problem isn't just that the London Spitfire London Spitfire OWL Rank #0 Landon flex support SparkR William Andersson dps Backbone Jamie O'Neill dps Hadi Daniel Bleinagel tank Admiral Oliver Vahar support lost to the Atlanta Reign, it's that they got rolled by them. The Reign look like they could compete with the league's juggernauts right now, however, they shouldn't be so far ahead of the Spitfire that they sweep them so cleanly. The Spitfire will need to step up their game if they wish to succeed in the postseason.
10. (-2) Seoul Dynasty (15-13)
The Seoul Dynasty Seoul Dynasty OWL Rank #0 Ir1s Kim Seung-Hyun (김승현) FITS Kim Dong-eon (김동언) dps Profit Park Joon-yeong (박준영) dps smurf Yoo Myeong-Hwan tank Vindaim Junwoo Park support have been largely forgiven for their losses throughout the season because of the strength of their opponents. Much of the narrative around the Philadelphia Fusion Philadelphia Fusion OWL Rank #0 AimGod Min-seok Kwon flex support MN3 Yoon Jae-hee dps ZEST Kim Hyun-woo (김현우) dps Belosrea tank FiXa Kwon Young Hoon (권영훈) support this season has been about the team's struggles. However, their win over the Dynasty earned them a winning record on the season. They've continued to hold on despite the doubt and will now play in the play-in tournament. Perhaps they can notch a few more upset wins like they did this past weekend and make it into the playoffs.
15. (-) Paris Eternal (11-17)
For the second straight week, the Paris Eternal Paris Eternal OWL Rank #0 Kaan Emir Kaan Okumus flex support Glister Lim Gil-seong (임길성) dps Wub Cameron Johnson dps Dove Jesse Palomo dps Malthel Josh Gonzales dps Daan Daniël Vincentius Paulus Scheltema tank Krawi tank dridro Arthur Szanto support Lukemino Luke Fish support Rakattack Kyle Rakauskas support have beat a team that is supposed to be better than them. While they haven't necessarily looked great throughout the entirety of those two matches, the results do make for a positive end to an otherwise disappointing season.
16. (-6) Shanghai Dragons (13-14)
While it would be easy to bash the Shanghai Dragons Shanghai Dragons OWL Rank #0 Izayaki Kim Min-chul (김민철) flex support Void Kang Jun-woo (강준우) off tank Fleta Kim Byung-sun (김병선) dps LIP Lee Jae-won (이재원) dps Fate Koo Pan-seung (구판승) tank LeeJaeGon Lee Jae-gon (이재곤) support ' hero pools and how they are woefully unprepared for the current meta, other problems stood out more in their loss to the Eternal. Multiple rounds in the match ended because the Dragons walked off the point or simply did not contest it in the first place. Perhaps their recent struggles are compounding other issues as they frantically search for the magic that won them Stage 3. Nonetheless, they cannot play like they are right now if they hope to make it past the play-in tournament.

At the beginning of the season, they hoped to find success with an all-Korean roster. At midseason, they made the switch to a roster mixed with western and Korean players. Neither version found much success (with the exception being a 5-2 Stage 1 by the all-Korean roster) and now the Defiant must decide how much change they need heading into the 2020 season.
