Are you asking if he's in OWL? AFAIK he's not, and imo there are stronger options available (Davin). Incidentally, I've heard nothing even remotely indicating that he'd be in.

He might not be OWL material, but I think he's actually a lot better than people give him credit for. He was the only person that kept their matches close when Mangachu was struggling on offtank duty.

J3 is underrated but I think he's fringe T1 or very high T2 so its hard to justify him over some of the other available choices. Also being on RNG didn't help show him off much.
