120 vz 144 hz

Anyone have any recommendations on monitors? Is it worth getting a 144, or should a 120 be fine?

the difference between 120 and 144 obviously isn't as much as from 60 to 120, however 120Hz is pretty much dead and you'd have a far easier time getting 144Hz and higher.

Mind you, it'd be smart to make sure your computer can consistently pull 154+ fps in big fights before investing in a 144Hz monitor, as fps drops cause input lag in OW

Hm, I only have a 760 but was going to wait for for 1070 prices to fall before upgrading. Would getting a newer gfx card be more important? Not sure of my current fps, I haven't bothered to check yet.

Just tested. I get a consistent 140+fps during team fights. I'll get a monitor and just limit to 120 + lightboost or something
