seoul team is NOT an overwatch league announcement, if you count it you should also count sinatraas signing by nrg

remiska I mean blizzard’s announcements, not Jacob Wolf’s. And team Seoul was announced earlier that day.

rosters are completly outside blizzards influence (well there is age resrriction only) so both seoul roster annoucment and sinatraa signing are not owl annoucmenta but respective spots owners even if blizzard might share this information

I think the point here is that Blizz is making an announcement, regardless of whether they have control over it or not, it's still an OWL related event that they referenced.

I also don't quite understand why you think you have the authority to decide what he considers should count as a Blizzard OWL announcement.

well i checked and this sites have this as a news

polish site (/pl-pl/)
german (/de-de)
italian (/it-it/)
while brazilian (/pt-br) site (in portuguese) has this news portaugish site (/pt-pt/) doesnt have news at all (https://overwatchleague.com/pt-pt/ seriously go check it its weird)
spanish (/es-es/)
french (/fr-fr/)

and the only site i found that has news and doesnt have it as such is british (/en-gb/) site which i was following
