getting into organized play

I've played ow casually on and off since release, and I'm beginning to think I might have fun playing in organized matches with a team.
What are the best amateur leagues, pugs, or platforms for someone looking to get into organized play?

i think you're pretty much limited to Overwatch Open

There's the over.gg pug server that's relatively active. Overf5 (a team with a number of regulars to the site) play there, so you can probably get your feet wet there. If not I know that Jayne's discord server hosts pugs relatively regularly so that's where you can also start.
