Shortly after his return to China, Undead shared a letter to his then girlfriend on his social media, highlighting the relationship issues he was facing. He stated that the pressure from training for the Overwatch League had further strained their relationship. Following the Dragons' announcement of Undead's release on Twitter, he has also made a post apologizing and thanking his supporters and friends.
The Shanghai Dragons have meanwhile bolstered their roster with 3 Korean players and former Miraculous Youngster support, Sky. They have also added RUI and the other Miraculous Youngster support, creed as coaches. With significant changes to the team, the Dragons may be starting afresh in the upcoming Stage 3.
