Reading the rules these were lock dates for players ages and lock date for pet who won contenders trials?

I mean check the teams directly invited for EU and NA (but also China), how many of those are still standing?

Second point that I'd like to know more about, since they decided all OWL teams will have their "dev. teams" directly invited, are there rules on how these teams should be composed? Like NA teams need X NA players in their roster, EU teams EU players etc?
