KuroiRyuu9625 [#7]Bout time they got in. Wouldn't have felt right w/o one of the best western teams in there. Just need Rogue now. I wonder if they'd move them all back to somewhere like Paris lol.
I think its far more likely rogue will have las vegas

KuroiRyuu9625 [#12]I fear for our lives if the Seoul team makes a Korean super team with an LH support/tank core and either LWB or DKP dps duo.
Overwatch gods have mercy on our souls.
i feel like these "super teams" never work (faze in cs go had to add few not star players to get good results), players chemistry and comunication is alweys more important then individual skill in my opinion
cocco on these rumors "no comment" which preaty much confirmes soomething is going on (but not what) because if there was nothng happening he would say so prodably, also every envy overwatch player seems to be on vacation in home and that could be because of team envy moving to other city and leaing team hous

exact thing just said on stream :P coccos answer "no comment"

True, but I think Koreans are a bit different in how they value teamwork over everything else. Just look at LH benching WhoRU for being arrogant.
The Korean team I listed has a strong base and if they had let's say Birdring/Rascal, it would also have the most versatile DPS duo the game currently has. Assuming there's no beef between players I fully believe they'd be able to find strats that work for them while they utterly destroy the competition.
For an example a bit closer to reality look no further than team South Korea. Even with Mano, SBB and Fl0w3r they dominated. Canada would have met the same fate had they ended in 2nd.
If western players had more of that kind of mentality, the team > self one, they might not have fallen behind them as much imo.
Hopefully we learn from EFFECT and all the other imports as much as they might learn from us so the level of play in Overwatch as a whole is elevated.

I think so as well, I was just wondering what they'd do for EU cities like Paris and the like. Being in the OWL would make the "dead scene" problem less of a factor, but you're probably correct.

we have few eu organizations and regions id expect to see, as i mentioned earlier russia has huge esport scene and a lot of money put into it, from teams there is obvieusly misfits, eunited, laser kittenz and gigantii

Misfits have the Miami/Orlando spot and I'm assuming they're moving the team there but who knows if small or sweeping changes are to be made.

I agree with #17 Korean culture is different If they want to accomplish something I'm sure they will figure out a way.
And I think FaZe was a bad example they never were a super star team 'til NiKo join them. And after he joined they were a great team.
If we want to look at a super team how failed I think the SC2 SKT roster in 2014 is a good example they had : PartinG SoulKey Rain FanTasy INnovation soO Classic so 5/7 are on the top 20 created by TL and they didn't win the Proleague.
Edit: Maybe SC2 Isn't the best team Game x) but I can't think of a better example

Faze was originaly a super team, mailelele rain fox aizy and jkaem, all stars (some better some worse) and biggest improvments faze saw after adding kio karigan and allu, non of which is a star player

Right but I was talking about how the Korean approach to Overwatch is more conducive to having a super team work because they're much more focused on teamwork.
Can't speak for western super teams since those would probably be hit or miss like you're alluding to but our eastern friends seem to be more adaptive and receptive to going all in on strategies that benefit the whole squad.
