Indeed, seems like there is a fairly large diversity of opinion when it comes to what role the coach should play.

6 - 8 months from now I doubt we will see a high-level team without a coach. A good coach is invaluable and helps bring a team together and to work as a TEAM not as individual skilled players. Future success in OW will rest heavily on coaching I believe.

atleast coach for us in ENCE is doing lots of work, gives us more ideas and tells where we totally fuck up. Also keeps me out of social media sometimes :)

Seagull actually said the same sort of thing as twoeasy. It's weird to have a coach right now because no one is really experienced like a coach is supposed to be. It's sort of like teams that were picking up coaches right after the game was released, it just doesn't seem reasonable that the coach would know better than the players.
