Hey folks, I am a 4-year tf2 fan, never really got into competitive (I did a season or two of ugc steel but so has everyone and their mother) and I am looking to get into overwatch competitive. I never really got used to tftv but I knew at the least what it was. I am asking for some help from someone more familiar with it to explain the ins and outs of what over.gg is and will be in the future.
TFTV is really the central hub for competitive TF2, but it certainly wasn't always, and it's going to take quite a while to see where this forum's place in the game community will be. At best, it becomes the HLTV for the game. At worst, it's a niche site for people who used to or still do play competitive TF2 to talk about Overwatch.
You can spend a few minutes browsing tftv to get an idea of the layout and content that will probably be implemented here at some point.
