Really don't see anything in Surefour's clip that can't be explained, but some of the other clips do look odd - locking onto heads out of their field of vision. That doesn't mean they can't be logically explained. For example, in the widow maker clip the player in question could have heard something approaching/thought they were getting rushed and tried adjusting their aim to anticipate that. It's plausible but there is no sound in the clip so it's hard to say. Plays of the game are also not 100% accurate.
Using a recent CSGO example;
Thorin (the dickhead) recently posted the following on his twitter with "what the fuck is this shit?" as the caption. Due to Thorin's position in the community, a subsequent thread spawns on hltv ("Thorin confirms, Niko's cheater") with nearly 400 comments.

Does Niko cheat? He's probably done that same play 100s of times and this is the only time his crosshair lined up on a player like that.
I could post a 5s clip of Tom Brady inadvertently looking at another man's crotch. Based on those 5s is it fair to assume that Tom Brady is a homosexual/meat gazer?
Allegations should be taken seriously when there is sufficient evidence, but be careful about jumping on the witch hunt bandwagon based on a clip that might be taken out of context.
konr [#23]I really hope no one actually thinks that Taimou cheats
