I want to say Houston wins since Florida is still probably pretty bad (or are they..?), but to be fair I don't think Houston or Florida are that much of a different for their power rankings level.

I want to hope Houston is better than Florida, but I don't know how much I want to believe in all these talks I see around the interwebz...

They picked up Meko and Jecse this should be an improvement. Too bad Hooreg it was too little too late, I saw it was only for staff/coaching reasons. :/ I would've love to see him on McCree oh well.

Edit: Well looks like that didn't make much of a difference at all. Losing to the worst team in the League even though you are pretty bad yourself.

They made some good pickups, imo, but I have to wonder how long integration will take since none of the KR players have been on mixed teams before.
